How to buy from the candlepro.eu e-store?
All goods offered in the online store candlepro.eu are available in stock. The goods are ordered through the candlepro.eu ordering system. A confirmation of order acceptance will be sent to your email address. You can pay for your order via bank link, bank transfer or debit/credit card.
The goods will be dispatched or made available in the candlepro.eu warehouse no later than the third working day after payment for the order received.
NB! If the total amount of ordered goods is 50/100/150 euros or more (€50 in Estonia, €100 in Latvia and Lithuania, €150 in Finland and Sweden), there is no delivery fee – we will send the order free of charge to the parcel machine of your choice!
You can pay for your order via bank link, bank transfer or debit/credit card.
The order will not be fulfilled until payment is received.
Please pay for the order within 5 days. If the order has not been paid within 5 days of order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
The goods will be delivered to the DPD, Omniva or Itella SmartPost parcel machine of your choice.
If the total amount of the goods you ordered is 50/100/150 euros or more (€50 in Estonia, €100 in Latvia and Lithuania, €150 in Finland and Sweden), there is no delivery fee – we will send the order free of charge to the parcel machine of your choice.
If the total amount of goods ordered by you is less than 50 euros in Estonia, a delivery fee of 2.99 euros applies to all shipments. If the total amount of goods ordered by you is less than 100 euros in Latvia or Lithuania, a delivery fee of 9.99 euros applies to all shipments. If the total amount of goods ordered by you is less than 150 euros in Finland or Sweden, a delivery fee of 19.99 euros applies to all shipments.
Return and exchange
The goods can be returned within 14 days. In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods. The buyer bears all costs associated with returning the product.
If you receive the goods via post office and the package(s)/products are broken or damaged, please take a photo of the packages/products and send them to the email address info (at) candlepro.eu.
Before returning the goods, the buyer must inform the e-mail address info (at) candlepro.eu of the decision to withdraw from the purchase. The item must be returned within 14 days of you informing the Seller that you want to withdraw from the purchase. We will refund the purchase within 14 days of receiving your message. We can delay the refund if the returned goods have not been received. Products whose return is excluded by law, including fragrance oils with an open package, cannot be returned. The right of return does not apply to products that are made according to the customer’s special order. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
Your data, which reaches us in connection with ordering and registering goods via candlepro.eu, is protected in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. We will not issue your data to third parties or disclose them in any other way.
